PAYO Code of Conduct

PAYO's new Code of Conduct is being put in place for the 2022 season to help set expectations for all involved with youth baseball and softball in the Andover area.

"As I mentioned at our Parents' Meeting in March, a Code of Conduct is hardly needed in a community as awesome as ours," stated Luke Jernigan, Vice President & Information Officer for the Pymatuning Area Youth Organization (PAYO). "But we want to always keep the focus on the youth of our area and their experience, and this will give us a formalized standard that we can all reference should situations arise in the future."
