JR SOFTBALL ALL-STARS BEATS ASHTABULA/KINGSVILLE

Pymatuning Valley Little League Juniors Softball All-Star team beat combination of Ashtabula & Kingsville's All-Star Junior Softball team on June 22nd, by a final score of 8-7.

The PV All-Star team (1-0), won in walk off fashion in the bottom of the 7th inning with an RBI single by Brylee Brown to send Ashtabula/Kingsville (0-1) to the loser's bracket this afternoon.

PV was led by 11 hits offensively (Izabella Anslow, 3 - (1.000) Brianna Hall, 2 (.500) - Izabella Brent, 1 (.333) - Madison Hussing, 1 (.333) - Breanna Hancock, 1 (.500) - Madelyn Jackson, 1 (.333) Lillian Black, 1 (.250) - Brylee Brown, 1 (.333) for the walk off victory!)

Izabella Anslow opened up the game for PV from the mound and pitched a complete game victory against Ashtabula/Kingsville. Izabella threw 78 of 136 pitches (57.35%) for strikes and finished the game with 7.0ip 8bb 12k 2h 7er stat line, which was enough to secure the complete game victory.

Along with Izabella's fantastic pitching, PV had an inside the park home run from Brianna Hall (1) as she led the team with 2 rbi's. Hussing, Anslow, and Brown also added 1 rbi each to their stat line.

The PV Juniors Softball All-Stars (1-0) will take on Cuyahoga Falls All-Stars (0-0) on Tuesday, June 24th 6pm at Cuyahoga Falls.

The team consists of: Isabella Brent, Izabella Anslow, Lillian Black, Ellie Olson, Brianna Hall, Madelyn Jackson, Madison Hussing, Breanna Hancock, Annie Olson, Elaina Easton, Brylee Brown, and Abigail DiBell

Randy Anslow, Damon Brent, and Pete Hall
